If you want the voucher to be sent immediately, it will be delivered to the specified email address within 1 hour after the order is placed.
Additionally, you can choose a certain day for the gift card to be sent. This is ideal, if you want to surprise someone on a specific day. In this case, a gift card will be delivered before noon on your selected date.
Via Post:
A physical gift card will be sent in elegant packaging to the specified address. Delivery time depends on the chosen postal method and typically takes 2-3 business days.

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
It is available to all KClinics services.
Partial use is allowed: the remaining balance will be saved on the card.
The holder is the only one responsible for the voucher. If a voucher is misplaced or lost, KClinics is not responsible.
The voucher must be presented upon arrival.
The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash and is not refundable.
