Refunds
- Thank you for choosing KClinics for your treatments. Please note that we do not offer refunds for treatments, products, gift cards, or pre-paid packages purchased in the clinic, as well as for treatments booked and paid for online (with the exception of specific terms for online purchases of pre-paid packages or gift cards outlined below).
- If you experience an adverse reaction after a treatment or product usage, please contact the clinic manager where the purchase or booking was made. The manager will provide consultation on alternative treatments or products or use their discretion to help resolve your concern.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds for Online Purchases of Pre-Paid Packages and Gift Cards
- We hope you are satisfied with your online purchase and look forward to welcoming you to our clinic. However, if you change your mind about an online purchase of a prepaid package or gift card, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.
- To request a refund, please email the clinic, providing the purchase date and proof of payment.
- After the 14-day cooling-off period, the standard refund policy (described above) will apply, meaning refunds will no longer be available.
- Please note: The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to purchases made in the clinic.
- We do not offer refunds for used or partially used pre-paid packages or gift cards, even within the 14-day period.
- The cancellation policy (outlined below) applies to any treatments performed during this period and afterward.
Appointment Cancellations
- We understand that circumstances may change! To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations.
- If a cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or if the client does not attend, we reserve the right to retain the deposit or treatment cost (for pre-paid packages, the full cost of the treatment will be forfeited).
- If you fall ill within 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, please contact the clinic manager to discuss your options.
Validity Period for Pre-Paid Packages and Gift Cards
- Pre-paid packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
- Please book your appointments in advance to avoid losing the opportunity to use your treatments. Once the validity period expires, pre-paid packages and gift cards are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to complete all treatments in a pre-paid package before the expiry date due to illness, please contact the clinic manager for further assistance.
Transfer Policy
- Once purchased (online, by phone, or in the clinic), treatments or services cannot be transferred to another individual. This also applies to pre-paid packages (subject to the 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases).
- Pre-paid packages for specific treatment areas cannot be transferred to other treatment areas.
