Purpose of CCTV Usage
KClinics Group Limited (Company Registration Number: 14985949) uses CCTV systems to ensure legitimate business purposes, including:
– Ensuring the safety of staff, clients and visitors, as well as deterring criminal activities;
– Supporting effective dispute resolution with objective evidence;
– Preventing and detecting crimes, including theft or property damage;
– Assisting investigations conducted by law enforcement authorities.
Data Collected Through CCTVWhen visiting KClinics premises, your image may be captured by CCTV cameras.
Audio recordings are not conducted.– Cameras are installed exclusively in waiting areas and the reception.
– There are no cameras in treatment rooms, bathrooms or other private areas.
CCTV cameras are openly positioned and clearly marked to inform clients and staff.
Access to CCTV Footage– CCTV footage is accessible only to authorised KClinics staff and partners.
– Footage may be shared with law enforcement or other organizations when necessary to achieve the company’s legitimate purposes.
Data Protection– CCTV data is stored on secure systems with password protection and every login is recorded.
– Recordings are retained for 30 days and are automatically deleted unless a request for retention has been made.
Client RightsYou have the right to request access to your personal data, including CCTV footage, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If necessary, we may blur or redact the images of other individuals.
